We require that you book one of our fabulous all-inclusive packages if your event is on a Saturday. If you prefer a to rent the facility and bring your own vendors in; you may do so on Sundays only. The fees are as follows:
- $1200 for a 7 hour block of time
- $1500 for a 10 hour block of time
If you prefer, you can use one of your hours for rehearsal. Typically you will need 2-3 hours for
set up & decorating, 3-4 hours for the ceremony/reception, and 1-2 hours for clean up

**A 50% non-refundable deposit is due to book the facility. The
Balance is due 30 days prior to the event. In addition to the rental
Fee, there is a refundable $250. 00 security deposit that is due 14 days
